My spouse is an elementary school teacher (4th grade). She gives me the bratty child of the day update at dinner and I can top her every day....

Don't you just want to tell them (ee's) grow up and act like an adult!!!

Just venting.... I feel better now.

Sometimes, but in my experience the problem is generally created by, or contributed to, by supervisors and managers. I most often wish that supervisors would be as adult as employees are.
