Wage Garnishments

Mike, Thank you. I believe you are right. I am in Nevada for state laws but have not heard of any specific laws against it. I will suggest, however, to the Comptroller that we should not place garnishments in Personnel. I am still interested in how other's file these. If they build a file for all EE's or if they just keep them together by year.
