The year 2002 has been a great one and a real learning experience (after I was finally able to get set up and operating on this NET)! Thanks for all of you reading and letting me expose my HR knowledge for what it is worth. As I stated before: "this thing is an addiction". In the month of December I have tried desperately to stay focused on my company's business. I feel, however, I have been a real failing example of "how to control my need for the this HR interaction". You see there is no one else in my orgainization with whom I can speak and challange in the HR area, except my assistant and she has learned well and takes care of everything, now and that leaves me with HRero time!
See you next year and maybe I'll learn some more as I go through my procedures and regulations and guides to insure I do not look to bad with my advice. PORK
