I just wanted to take a minute and wish you ALL a very Merry Christmas and hope that the New Year brings great hope and joy and less stress to ALL!
I'm certainly looking forward to what I hope is a less stressful year and that well deserved/much needed Mexico vacation happening in February. x;-)
I also would like to thank everyone (Don, you're really something - xB-) ) who contributes to this forum. I have learned quite a bit since I've started tuning in and am grateful there is such a place like this seeing that I'm constantly being challenged in this job. Being placed in an HR position with no formal training along with everything else I do, I have realized how much I really appreciate those of you who have been doing this for a long time and the wisdom and advice that is shared.
Well, enough mushy stuff...Have a wonderful and safe Holiday!
