Calling all you OSHA guru's --
In 29 CFR 1940 as it relates to coverage there is a statement (approximately stating) "establishments in certain .... service .... are exempt form the recordkeeping rule".
So -- how do I find the list or definition of "service"? Does a Child Day Care Center fall under service?
