Help! With Employee Recognition

In a meeting yesterday, I was asked to completely revamp our annual employee service awards. I have been commanded to line up a vendor to supply the awards, ranging from roughly $100 to $500 in value, and to make sure the vendor is set up with our logo for the awards. No problem with that stuff. Here's the problem: Ownership wants the catalogue/brochure available to hand to the employees DECEMBER 20. Yes, that's correct - roughly 3 weeks away.
Here's the part where I beg for leads. Do any of you have a company you use for this purpose that you can recommend? We have a large national leader in the award/reward industry located just a few miles away (Maritz), but they're telling me they can have our account set up in "only" a few months.
I'll be very grateful for any help I can get here. I've been pushing this for three years now... I just didn't expect them to give in on such short notice.

Gillian,
Are these gifts taxable to employees? I am looking at making a change to our current program and have looked at a couple programs on-line.

The website Gillian linked actually has a couple of good primers on what makes an award taxable or non-taxable.
