Job Descriptions for top management

I have been assigned to write job descriptions for our President (who reports to a CEO) and our two top Vice Presidents. My boss wants them to be "beefed up." Would any of you share with me those job descriptions from your organization simply for my use as a sample? I am thinking that there may be at least one adaptable item from someone else's sample.

Incidentally, for those of you who write humor in this forum, I'm sure you'll love the fact that I was told to "beef them up."

If you would tell us what type of industry you are in, I may be able to send some samples. Another thought, why not have the incumbent complete a position questionnaire....
