Some of you may know Susan Fentin, a Massachusetts attorney who posts
helpful answers on the forum from time to time. Susan is the associate
editor of our Massachusetts Employment Law Letter and an attorney with
Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C., in Springfield. She has been interviewed
by "The CBS Evening News with Dan Rather" for a story on the increase in
pregnancy discrimination and maternity leave claims, which is scheduled
to air tonight (Wednesday, November 13) at 6:30 p.m. EST, 5:30 p.m. CST.

I didn't catch it last night, but this morning there was an early news program that included this piece. It only flashed the camera on her one time for a one sentence quote. Maybe Dan's show gave her more space.

Well, I know I only was on air for five seconds, but I figure that means I'm owed an additional 10 seconds of fame! (Who was it who said we all are entitled to 15 seconds fo fame?) I wasn't aware we got more play this morning...thanks for the heads up.

Psychologically, Andy knew this was a no-brainer and he would never be disproved. Anyone who gets antsy enough about not having his/her appropriate 15 minutes in the limelight will obsess about it to the point that they will act in some manner that will ensure their 15 minutes. So Andy returned to the studio and spent the rest of his life drawing Campbell's Soup cans.
