Writing Skills Testing

I am looking for a test to give to our existing employees to judge their writing skills. We are creating a new position that requires our Customer Service Reps to respond via e-mail and inter-active chat, so excellent writing skils is imparative. We are currently giving a basic grammer test but I was looking for something more. Anyone have a valid writing test to be used for customer service representatives? Your help please!

There are a couple of threads on the topic of testing in this section of the Forum that discussed tests and validity in a lot of detail. You might want to review those posts. Chances are you won't be able to find anything that really matches your job. You might want to take work samples from your own employees and develop your own test. You can't get much more job related than that.
