HIPAA Privacy

The HIPAA Privacy regulations require that we all dramatically change the way things are done. New policies surrounding confidentiality, sanctions etc. need to be created. New roles (although not necessarily addition staff members) for a Privacy Officer need to be created.

In addition, job descriptions must also be updated to reflect access granted to private health information. Does anyone have any sample job descriptions? Also does anyone have a master list of policies that need to be reviewed for HIPAA compliance?
