Severance Package

I have been in the field for 30 years, and I have decided for many reasons not to continue (new management, burn-out, etc). I am in the process of negotiating a package for myself (after having done a number for positions that were eliminated). I am looking for a package to contain 1. continuation of Medical / Dental for a specified period. 2. Salary continuation for a specified period. 3. No contestion of Unemployment. I am 58 years of age. Any suggestions ? Thanks,
