Standardized & Valid Tests

A question similar to this may have been posted before, but I discovered this site about a month ago as I took a position in HR Compliance. I am looking to find what standardized and valid tests other companies have found useful. The tests I will need are for warehouse and driver positions. Physical agility tests are another I would be interested in. We also have a large Spanish population and if the tests you currently use have a Spanish version, that too would be helpful to know.


If any of you have any recommendations, I would appreciate it.
