Does anybody know about Bagels?

I just read an article about a Colorado based national chain of bagel restaurants that has paid $$$$ in back overtme wages to 424 assistant managers they had classified as exempt.
I've looked on numerous websites and can't seem to find any info on the case.
Does anyone know where I might look? I looked on Findlaw.com, SHRM, and on the DOL website. I even tried a general search on the name Einstein Brothers Bagels (the name of the Company). I found a lot of great places to eat but no information on the case.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What I find interesting is how *small* the settlement is. It is just shy of a half million dollars, a lot of money for the corner bagel shop, but not much for one with 450 shops and 10,000 employees. Indeed, it is roughly one thousand bucks per affected employees (assistant managers, 424 in total, less .5% of the workforce). I don't know what they pay their asst. managers, but if it is in the range of ,e.g., $13/hour, that is about 50 hours of overtime, a relatively modest amount for a serious Wage and Hour audit.
Sounds like DOL noshed on bagels when they could have been pounding on tables.
But it would buy a lot of beagles, Don.
