Writing a policy on video surveillance

The company I work for wants to install cameras in four work areas. These areas are open to any employee, so expectation of privacy is almost non-existent. After doing research, I've learned that in our state, Georgia, companies who video monitor must notify employees that cameras are in place and that their conversations could be recorded. I need help in drafting the policy regarding video-taping, including audio, and I'm not sure where to begin. Help, anyone??

I would definitely talk to a Georgia lawyer about this. And you should consider doing video without audio. The laws on recording someone else's conversion are much more strict, including criminal penalties under federal wiretapping law! x:o
