Psychological Testing

We have never done psychological testing before. Our CEO wants us to begin pre-employment psychological testing for certain professional positions. We are an engineering company. Does anyone have suggestions regardging my concerns, such as what are the legal ramifications? Can anyone recommend a testing facility?

The personality testing we discussed earlier may not be what you have in mind. What are you testing for? There are tests for honesty (I'm not a big proponent of these). There are tests for "dark side" traits. We may be able to help you if we knew what you are looking for.
