Fraternization Policy

My company manages residential apartments. I don't want my on-site staff employees dating our residents / tenants. Is there a policy out there that I can use for this?

It's a bit different from trying to keep co-worker at a safe distance from co-worker and all the harassment potential that carries. To me this is sorta like a hospital telling the staff not to date the patients. Sounds reasonable to me, but how do you do it other than have a policy stating it is not acceptable. I see nothing wrong with a policy statement that prohibits staff from being inside the residence of renters unless there on a scheduled and assigned maintenance visit on record in your office. I wonder what the other apartment management firms in your area do to handle this? Have you checked with any of them. What about your home office policies? (Oh, I guess that would be you. x:-8 )
