Anyone have any experience using JAMS for employment arbitration? I am dealing with them being proposed as an arbitrator in an employment agreement.

    You really need to get the name of the person who will be the arbitrator and scope them out. I have used Jams here in Dallas for mediation -- and they do a fine job. But I always scope out the individual mediator. For arbitration, you will need to know the arbitrators' background and experience, then talk to others in your local area about what type of decisions that specific arbitrator has made.
