Qualified Sick Pay

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 07-02-02 AT 02:56PM (CST)[/font][p]We have a time off policy which includes vacation, funeral, sick, etc. in one plan. The employee can take time off for any of these and it reduces the time allotted. It doesn't state a certain number of days for sick leave. Does this constitute a "qualified sick pay plan" for exempt employees?
