Qualified Sick Pay

The employee can take time off for any of these and it reduces the time allotted. It doesn't state a certain number of days for sick leave. Does this constitute a "qualified sick pay plan" for exempt employees?

I want to help answer your question but I am not sure what you mean by "qualified sick pay plan" can you explain that.

According to DOL you can dock an exempt employee a full day if they are off sick IF you have a qualified sick pay plan. Since our time off plan doesn't stipulate a certain number of days for sick pay, I wasn't sure if this would qualify as one.
