What do you think about an on-line policy and procedures manual for managers?

  • I think it's great. We have our Employee Handbook on line and it has worked out great. Stays up to date and a great cost savings over having to have it reprinted every year. We also have a forms file where supervisors and/or employees can go and print off any form they may need instead of having to call HR every time they need a form.
  • We have our Policy & Procedure Manual, Employee Handbook and Benefit Handbook available through our IntraNet. However, we have hard copies around for employees who do not have access to the IntraNet. All Managers are also provided with a P&P Manual for their Department and all employees are issued an employee handbook and benefit book during orientation.
