Electronic Communication Policy

Does anyone have or know of a good policy that covers all electronic communications within the company. This would include: phones (including cell phones), computers, software (downloading, copying and installing), email, Internet use, monitoring, personal use, etc....
I'm thinking I may not have to reinvent the wheel here. I bet there's a great policy already written.
