I-9 Proofs

Does anyone know if the I-9 list of acceptable documents has been reduced to List A and List B only? My national HR is saying that many of the documents have been removed from the lists and, in fact, List C was eliminated altogether. Is there a place to go to get a current, accurate I-9?

Please note the following changes to the I-9 process:
The following documents have been removed from the list of acceptable identity and work authorization documents: Certificate of U.S. Citizenship (List A #2), Certificate of Naturalization (List A #3), Unexpired Reentry Permit (List A #8), and Unexpired Refugee Travel Document (List A #9).
I just did a quick search in the forms. You probably need to look at the site a bit closer than I did and you may find some additional updates.
Good Luck!!
The I-9 form has not actually been updated yet. In 1997 and 1998 the INS announced all sorts of changes for what docs would and would not be acceptable. However, the form itself was never revised. The INS has stated that employers may continue to use the existing form (and all documents listed on it) until the new form is released.
