What does Maryland Law require the employer to do when an employee tests positive for drugs or alcohol?

    Gil: I noticed you had no Maryland responses. I think if you re-post your question on the 'employment law' forum you will get answers. You have it posted here where often times people don't check the topics. This is more for 'how to' use the overall forum than for specific issues. I look forward to seeing your question posted on the employment law section and I look forward to seeing the responses. Good luck. By the way, Mississippi law doesn't 'require' that the employer do anything, but it ALLOWS the employer to enforce its drug policy. If it's a Dept of Transportation job, federal law requires certain things. Good luck. Don in MS.
