The owner of our small, sales & marketing firm (based in Wisconsin) wants to establish a written "employment agreement" with two of our five sales managers. The agreement is basically a non-compete with a salary increase (and we've never used non-competes before). Can we require only two of the five sales people to sign? What can we do if they refuse?
