Romance of Employee

An employee of ours was sent to an off site seminar which was paid for by our company. After the seminar concluded, our employee stayed and talked with the presentor. They have since began a romantic relationship. If this relationship goes bad (not that I have any insight that it will), is there any liability that I should be concerned with for the company?
