Has anyone conducted an operations audit to see how areas like human resources, finance, general operations were viewed by their staff and how they could improve?

Thank you for your offer and I will call you. Although a 360 may not be what I had in mind it is something to seriously consider.

I am looking for somewhat of a satisfaction survey to distribute to our employees (100) to see what we are missing (i.e. being able to schedule conference rooms from desktop) and what they think of our services (i.e. facilities).
