Company Closing

We are a small manufacturing company located in Massachusetts and may be closing in the near future. Does anyone have a "Company Closing Checklist" they could provide me of requirements I should be aware of?

Example of information I'm looking for . . .

WARN Act?
Benefits Continuation?
EPA Regulations?
Local/State/Federal Requirements?

    You have a number of obligations, both under state and federal law, depending upon your size and the nature of your closing (sale, transfer of ownership, layoff, etc.) I strongly recommend you contact labor and employment counsel for advice on this issue. The timetables are very strict and the penalties are large. You don't want to be navigating this one by yourself. Good luck.
