Harassment/Texas - Need Legal Info

Does anyone know the time period an employee has to file a harassment lawsuit in the state of Texas - against company? Against employee? Against employee's spouse? Thanks.

    hi...if title 7 they have 90 days from issuance of the right to sue letter...if texas commission on human rights,it is 2 years from the filing of the charge of discrimination...usually these suits have common law claims---assault and battery is 2 years,as is intentional infliction of emotional distress...the most dangerous is the assault and battery---it is any touching that the plaintiff feels is offensive---it is tough to get dismissed before trial...call me or theresa gegen if you would like to discuss or if you need a suggestion on a lawyer in another part of the state...i usually am not this forward but your post implied a serious and immediate situation...mike maslanka,214-659-4668
