RIF Software?

My company is considering a RIF and I am in the process of gathering data to assess the associated risks. I was wondering if anyone out there knew of a software package that would enable us to plug in relevent numbers (billable hours, etc.) and receive a rating of how valuable a givn employee is to the company. I think that such a system would help to minimize the legal risks involved by demonstrating that the process we utilized was as objective as possible. Thanks very much.
