Office Space Requirements

Are there regulations dictated by the DOL or OSHA regarding how many feet per employee is required within a specific office space. If anyone has any knowledge on this, please let me know.

Not unless your State law has some sort of requirement. As far as I know OSHA dictates such things as exit doorways being available and fire codes of the municipality may dictate a few other constraints, but I am not aware of any dictates on how many sardines can be in one can.

Also check with the local Zoning Board. There may be an occupancy issue as to how many people can occupy the office square footage. We're in CT.
