I have started tesing sometime during the first 90 days of employment. I have a company that comes here. It makes it a little more random. It also causes more paperwork sometimes but I have fewer tests that I am paying for, for no reason. It is part of my new hire orientation that they sign our drug policy and are therefore aware they will be tested and terminated if they fail.
