Does anyone know where we may obtain a video demonstrating proper interviewing techniques/questions/conduct? We allow our staff to participate in our interview process and are hoping to find a video that will cover the subject.

We have used a company called Coastal Human Resources for several of our videotapes, and they put together some good tapes. They are located out of Virginia, and their number is 1-800-258-9107. Hope that helps.
