How long those an employee needs to be employed with a company to get unemployment benefits from that specific employeer? Is it 3 months, 6 months, etc? Is this a state or federal law?

Unemployment is a state program........... all states have a minimum # of hours someone must have worked and a minimum dollar earnings.
