Good Information on Obtaining Visas

I would like some good resources for information fully explaining the various types of Visas for foreign workers AND the forms we are required to complete. I specifically need to look into the possibility of employing a Canadian National and am interested in knowing the extent of the paperwork.

Has anyone attempted to gain a visa since 9/11/01? If so, is it much more difficult and is it even worth our time?

    I do not know a whole lot about immigration law, but I do know that it is very complicated. There are law firms out there that are devoted only to doing employment-based immigration law work. If you need to contact such a firm you can click on the "Find an Attorney" icon on the left side of this page and contact the attorney in your state who may be able to help you.
