Unisex Restrooms

Has anyone had experiences with unisex restrooms in the workplace? We have an older building with a men's room in the basement and a women's room on the 3rd floor. The employees have requested that we change both to unisex with appropriate locks. We are located in Oklahoma. Is there anything more than employee privacy that we need to be concerned with?

All of our restrooms are unisex. No one has ever mentioned this as a problem. It actually never crossed my mind.
