Retaliation - Expanded definition in recent court case

I recently read a reference to a federal court case expanding the definition of retaliatory conduct to include action that negatively affects co-workers. In that case, after an employee filed a complaint, the employer made a change in the workplace that had a negative impact on co-workers. I have misplaced the article I read and was hoping that someone might be familiar with this case and be able to give me a reference on it.
