Could someone please tell me where I can find information regarding alcohol
at our Christmas party. We will not be providing the alcohol to the employees, but there is going to be a bar where they can purchase their own alcohol. I am wondering about liability for the company. Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS. Our company is in the state of NH.
