Affirmative Action Plan Data

I am an EEO Specialist for a government facility subcontracted by Westinghouse in SC. Does anyone know if the new 2000 national census data is available for use in preparing the AAP? We start working on the 2002 AAP right after the holidays, and need to start gathering our data now. Even if the new data is available, we will need to be able to retrieve it by civilian labor force, detailed occupations by race and gender. We have tried various sources to find out, with no luck. Can anyone help? Thanks!

That data may be available, at this time, for the geographic area you hire/recruit folks from. Go to the Census Bureau's webpage. They're slowly releasing data.
