Drug Testing

I'm trying to find out if an employer can use oral saliva tests for pre-employment drug screening in Virginia. Or if you can direct me to the correct state agency which can assist in the response.

We use them in Missouri. I'd suggest contacting a test supplier (we use Pinnacle - [url]www.pinncorp.com[/url] - for example), and asking for a list of their customers in Virginia. One of those may have done the legwork for you.
