EEO Assessments

I am an EEO Specialists for a large company in SC. We in EEO have been asked by our division manager to identify all of our processes so that when auditors come in, we can have them available for them to audit. The only processes we have been able to identify so far that auditors can "audit" are our impact ratio analysis for employment activities (hires, terminations, promotions, etc.). We do IRA's for these activities quarterly, and they could easily be audited. Another area that we could have audited would be our system of having our annual AAP critiqued by a group of employees outside HR-we call it a "peer review". They review the AAP for: How easy it is to read and understand, does it meet guidelines, and how aplicable is it? They rate these categories. Can you suggest other processes that we could establish that could be audited? Thanks for any suggestions!
