Divorcing Employees

2 of our employees started dating and married last year. He is now doing outside sales for us and she is in Customer Service. Neither has a supervisory role. I was told today that they are getting a divorce. I do not have many details as to the circumstances. What do I need to be on the look out for and are there any steps I should be taking to ensure we do not get dragged in the middle of this.

Untill you receive indications the divorce is causing problems in the workplace, there doesn't seem to be anything you can or should do. Just keep your ears open.
