Need Assistance with Training Techniques/Topics

We sent a management skill questionnaire to all our employees in which they rated their manager's management skills, such as communication, recognition, supportive, decision-making, etc. Based on the results, I have held several manager training sessions on the topics that rated the lowest and am currently working on "being supportive".

I've been fortunate to find a lot of information on previous training topics but am having a problem with the "supportive" session. Our managers like the interactive approach. Does anyone have any interactive techniques that you found useful and also any websites that offer information on management skills and training? Thanks for your input!
