State Child Support Inquiries

We employ employees in a tri-state area. We receive literally hundreds of inquiries from Child Support Recoveries looking for delinquent parents.

These inquiries involve personnel, payroll and insurance people to complete. This is creating quite a cost for our Company. It's not that we don't want to participate but I have some pet peeves:

1) Many times the employee has been out of our employ for years and yet we continue to receive numerous inquiries.

2) They many times do not include post-paid envelopes or pre-addressed or window envelopes - adding to our expense

How do other employers handle these inquiries? How can I reduce the paper work?
