I have a Vice President who is currently out on vacation. He already has several disciplinary notices in his personnel file. On the last disciplinary notice, it was clearly stated that one more incident will result in immediate termination. A situation occurred today when his immediate Supervisor called me and informed me that he did not follow-through in properly training one of his co-workers on the mortgage system. This particular Vice Presidnet has also recieved numerous member complaints about his customer service. My question is this....Is his Supervisor able to call him back to the office from vacation and inform him that he is terminated from employment. Please advise asap.....
