Chicken Kelly

This is a fantastic chicken recipe. It tastes better if you let it sit in the fridge overnight and serve it the next day.

9 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 beaten eggs
3 cups water
4 to 6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 pound Muenster cheese slices
Italian bread crumbs

Soak chicken in eggs overnight or for 8 hours.

Discard the egg mixture. Coat chicken in bread crumbs and brown in oil (I use olive oil) and cook for about 8 mins. on each side.

Place browned chicken in baking dish and cover with cheese slices.

Add bouillon to water and boil until dissolved. Pour over chicken.

Cover the baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
