jury duty and overtime

Our current policy for jury duty pay is to pay the employee their normal wage while they are serving as a juror. When the employee returns from duty we do not ask them to reimburse us for any of the money they received as a juror. They get to keep it.

For the past two weeks we had an employee on jury duty Monday through Friday. They came to work and worked 4 1/2 hours on Saturday. The following week they were on jury duty again then came to work on Saturday and worked a half day.

My question is, should we pay this employee time and a half for the hours they worked on Saturday or straight time? We always use vacation/sick/holiday when computing overtime and wonder if we should use their week of jury duty to compute overtime for the Saturday hours. Thanks.
