Traditional bread dressing but mixed with cornbread, sausage and mushrooms. We do not stuff the turkey but make the dressing separate.

Our company shuts down Christmas Eve and return January 2nd unless that is a weekend then it is the following Monday. We can get quite a few days off if the holiday days hit right. This time off is also paid.
