• We have in the past, generally with sales people. So far, none have been challenged.
• Check with your State Chamber of Commerce and, if there is one, the national or state organization for your industry. I have gotten current information from both that has been most helpful.

• In the past, our only WC cases have been eligible for FMLA, so we treat the premiums according to our FMLA policy and require the employee to pay when due. We have canceled policies due to non-payment, with proper notification, of course.
• Well, now that we have all the informational data out of the way, if you haven't done so, you may need to check your state laws to see if they specify what can and can't be withheld from wages. Oklahoma is very specific about it. Oh, another thi…

• We handle much the same as cnghr, although we require employees to obtain approval prior to starting the course. Reimbursement would then be made upon successful (passing at C or above) completion.
• Does anyone remember the old Saturday Night Live skit about Pat?

• Could be worse. Frank could be starring in the Blue Fly commercial instead of the leggy brunette with the high heels.
•
Does anyone else get whiplash watching Frank switch back between a bleeding heart liberal and Archie Bunker?
Come to think of it, Frank's picture does resemble Archie Bunker, doesn't it?

• You could offer it, but if he refuses, you must put him back where he was, even if it means terminating or transferring the employee who replaced him. Sorry, I don't think that is the answer you wanted to hear.
• You know, Nae, there may be more truth in that than any of us want to admit.:(

• With rock and dirt being the "poor cousin" in the industry, we have just outfitted all of our trucks with Teltrac. So far, it has benefited us greatly.
• I haven't yet. Do you have a good resource?
