Do you go through an outside service to provide the electronic copies?

It is amazing to see how others live when they have been oppressed so long under communism. The Romanians are taking a long time to dig out of that hole; they were in deep. The first time I went there I couldn't believe how some of them live. Mad…

Too funny! Yep, I can relate.

Our checks are delivered to all of the stores and go into the manager's office. Each employee has to pick up and sign for their check. I would feel VERY uncomfortable to leave checks or stubs where they could be grabbed by anyone.

Well, this year.....nothing except a camping trip with our 6 kids and 9 grandchildren, which by the way, is TONS of fun! Nothing beats being a grandma! If I could quit and spend my days playing with them and playing in my garden, I would be in hea…

Omigosh!! I'm sitting here cracking up! That is just nasty. Pale Pacific Northwesterners? Paul, I'm here in Roseburg. My husband is hawaiian and compared to him, yes! He says I'm shark bait! :-)

Still none for me.

Nae, is your hubby's name Tim Allen? :-) (sorry, still no emoticons)

Well, I'm really glad I started this. I thought the "emoticon" problem was just me! LOL!!

At our company when an employee is eligible for 3 weeks they can cash out one week. If they choose to do this, they have to do it when they are taking a week of vacation. Also, it is bonus taxed.

Thanks Celeste!

I haven't used the 'quick' reply and I still don't see them on the right.

I see nothing on the right, just advertisements. What the heck?

We have an incentive program that pays the second pay period in the month following each quarter. We don't cut a check to someone who is no longer employed and if they're not a manager the full quarter, we pro-rate the incentive check. We're in Or…

How do I insert these into my messages? Whenever I try they automatically insert to the right of the "Title" box, not where my cursor is. Thanks, Beth

Oh man you guys. It has been a rough day, then I came on here and read this again. I REALLY needed a laugh! Except of course, the image of Frank pantless. I hope when I close my eyes tonight I can sleep!! (wish I knew how to add an obnoxious i…

Ok....I have to ask. What is the deal with Frank and no pants? Or do I really want to know?!?!?! You guys crack me up!

I agree that the payment made would be for the month of March. Then, she does have 30 days grace period so she has until the end of May to pay for her April premium. We outsource our COBRA through ADP (thank goodness!) but I still have to keep up …

Thanks for your suggestions. We do require a deadline to respond to our letters but she hasn't complied. We've decided to go ahead and just send the approval for leave form since she is already on leave and we did receive the doc's certification. …

We now require employees to keep their insurance payments current if they are on leave, and this is stated in the FMLA paperwork that they sign. The powers that be changed this last year because we were getting bit too many times by paying for an e…

Thank you! I didn't know that. Some of our restaurant workers work much more than 40 hours a week.
-
I thought FMLA was 12 weeks or 480 hours max. Is this not true?
-
Thanks you guys. Yes, I did know it's the Dept. of Homeland Security. I must have had an old age brain fart! That sounds good to me. I'll just do this via email. This will save a lot of time and money

Looks so good. Thanks for posting this.
