You just gotta get into that cage and twist that tiger's tale, don't you, Ray?
-
...and just what are you implying about we left coasters??? x;-)
-
Okay, let's set the record straight: Ray is not only mistaken, he's flat-out fibbing. It was NOT 2 inches of snow, it was 6. It was also covered with an inch-thick layer of ice. And I live on a residential street - residential streets don't get …

I heard that!
-
Then you'd better do something to appease the weather gods, HS. x;-)
-
It's the weather gods (male) who are getting back at you for the joke, HS. x;-)
-
Only gotta back the tape up once or twice for you, huh, Ray? x;-) Of course she's trying to diss us - but "us" collectively, all men. Probably sitting back waiting for the rest of the usual suspects to chime in with their two cents worth. However…

There is something mildly amusing about this, but for the life of me I can't quite put my finger on it. It appears to be some sort of humorous anecdote? :-?
-
Yeah, it was called "Flowers on the Wall" and it was by some country group. I think it was released back in the early or mid 60s. It bothers me that I know this. :-S

The Captain's show was a "must see" when I was a kid. Even though I haven't thought about the show or the Captain for years, I still feel a sense of loss. Funny, though. Growing up, I never saw the show on anything but black and white TV (didn't …

Heh, heh.... uh, yeah, right.... heh, heh. x;-)

I'll loan you a claymore anti-personnel mine. Just remember, the convex side is pointed toward the enemy. x;-)

... and I thought I had too much time on my hands... you guys and your palindromes. x;-)
-
So...., uh, rad, you do actually WORK at your job, don't you? x;-):oo
-
Why do we park in a driveway, and drive in a parkway?
-
Pretty powerful stuff, HS. Nice to see something positive written about America by the foreign press for a change - and a former Communist country at that. Nice way to start the day.
-
apparently the apology sincerely offered was sincerely accepted, no one sued anyone, and both grew up with a positive memory experience. There's a lesson in there for all of us! Yeah. Apparently there were a lot fewer trial lawyers back then. x;-)
-
Slogan's post sparked a memory - did anyone else out there have dirt clod fights? Playing army, you could pretend they were hand grenades.
-
Ray, you lie like a rug! Don't try and suck me into this little deception of yours. I'm sure Ritaanz can see through your treachery. Evil twin my arse!
-
Brown. B-R-O-W-N. x;-) Wanna fight about it?
-
I've always been in your corner, Ritaanz. Remember that, ok? Always been nice to you, not like that cad and bounder Ray A. x;-)
-
I see ritaanz boarding a flight as we speak to New York... Ray's in deep kimche now, yessiree Bob!
-
(as Ritaanz breaks out into her best Judy Collins impersonation). x;-)

Mwild, how DARE you come out here and be the voice of deliberative reason?! You're going to get tarred and feathered if you're not careful! x;-)
-
I agree with the above posters. But the faction I blame -- I mean REALLY blame -- is the media (and by extension the American people). Unfortunately the sober dignity and cautious process of the judicial system in this country has been compromised…

I'm with you, Mwild. I don't know whether he's guilty or not, but I have my opinions and suspicions as does everyone. Personally I would like to see cameras and press barred from attendance in court in celebrity cases such as this in which the def…

I agree. Our system is far from perfect. But I think a chance at justice is better than no justice at all. And to be fair to the big hired guns, there are many prominent lawyers who will take cases on a pro bono basis and can afford to spend a li…
