I used Prospera when they offered a free 90 day trial. Good call. Aren't policies living documents that can be updated as needs change? If so, then they should be able to address problems as they arise. At least it is a starting point for them.

Or have them try the new HRLaws website. You can get a free subscription.

I have a friend who has a non-profit organization for Autism and another who is the President of DSAM of Memphis. I can check with them and see what they have if you get no other leads.

Are you a member of the TBA (i.e. Tennessee Bankers Association)? If you are, they do a survey every year and if you participate they give you the information gathered.

There is an attempt being made to pass legislation in Tennessee much like the legislation passed by the town near Frank. Is this Big Brother or justifiable? We regulate how people dress for work, should the government be able to regulate how people …

Didn't there used to be an emoticon that was whistling while it looked the other way? Or am I having flashbacks?

You really have to stop and wonder whether they looked in the mirror that morning and said, "Oh, I look good!" I was out with friends Saturday and we saw a rather heavyset woman wearing an extrmely skin tight dress that was almost showing some priv…

I've always wanted to visit Alsaka, and now that I have completed the lower 48 it is next. What is Alaska like in the Springtime? I'm sure it is beautiful.

In my neighborhood there are two schools I pass each day on the way to work. It is too funny watching the children who are late as they run down the street trying to hold their pants up! Who wants to put that much effort into what should be a simple…

Give me a beach anywhere and I am there. My sister has a beach home in Perdido Key, FL and I love it. The fact that Naval aviators from the Pensacola NAS live next door has absolutely nothing to do with it... They actually pla…

I wouldn't know - I, like a fine wine, am only getting better Why are the emoticons so small still?
Actually, I think Frank is liberal and Paul is middle of the road. At one time about 60% of the posters on the forum were liberal. But most went to the forum that must not be named. Now we are mostly conservative, but Frank ma…

Your weather sounds like ours. We always say if you don't like the weather right now, wait an hour. There was snow on the ground a few weeks ago and it was 60 degrees. :-/

It is great Frank, I am actually paid for all the hours I put in. Where I used to work from 6:30/7:00 til 5:00 with no lunch hour and get paid for 40 hours, I now work 6:30/7:00 til 2:00 with no lunch hour and get paid for @37.5/35 hours! I …

I keep a tiny plastic magnifying glass, that I stole from my nephew's old science kit, on my desk - but the glare on the computer makes it to hard to use on here! I am not vain, not me

What, are you telling me that Frank is a liberal? No way! I don't believe you...not a MO man. Paul, being from OR, I can believe.

Was that first line 'I fledgling' something - I couldn't quite make it out.

Poor Andrew - we need to buy him a present... what shall we get? A t-shirt with a on it?
-
Maybe we all should agree to post in a larger font? That way I won't have to go buy glasses, what do you think Irie?
-
I noticed when Jo posted her joke that the font was larger - let me see. That is better. I can't read the posts either!

But then what about the poor soul who gets stuck with Paul, or worse, Frank???

You are in a 'revival' mood, huh? LOL (still no laughing icon!)
